How It Works
You do not need to be a swimmer to participate. This class is perfect for the fit, pregnant, and/or joint sensitive individual. The water provides an atmosphere of safe resistance for aerobic conditioning.
There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Classes Tues – Thurs 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Session will run April 17th, 2018 thru May 10th, 2018
Class 7-8pm & 8-9pm

Silver Sneaker / Silver & Fit (must be NBCRC member) $2.00 per class
Classes held at TAHS enter pool from the rear of building
