Indoor cycling classes offer an excellent workout to improve your cardiovascular endurance and build strength especially in the quadriceps, gluteus, ham strings, and calf muscles. Participants of all levels welcome- you control your own intensity level. Lose yourself in the music while you burn calories like crazy. Free trial classes by appointment.

90 Minute Challenge Rides

Want to challenge yourself? Sign up for one of our 90 minute challenge rides held on the first Saturday of the month. A unique 90 minute, indoor cycling experience with motivating music, intriguing trivia and facts, prize giveaways, and snacks to refresh you at the end of the ride.

Sign Up Policy: In order to be fair to  all participants....If you choose to sign up for a bike and do not show up or give at least 2 hours notice, you will be charged individual class fee.

1/2 hour lunch time classes are still in effect, so sign up!

Class Schedule

     Monday -  6:00am, 12:10pm (1/2 hour class) & 5:30pm

     Tuesday -  4:30pm

     Wednesday - 6:00am, 12:10pm (1/2 hour class), & 5:30pm

     Thursday - 4:30pm

     Friday -   6:00am & 12:10pm

     Saturday - 8:15am
